Michael Patnaude
Mike is co-founder, president and principle owner of YEES. He has worked with youth for over 18 years.
James Perry
Jim is co-founder, vice president, and principle owner of YEES. He has worked with youth for over 18 years and is also involved in coaching.
Dave Bernaiche
Dave is program director and has been with YEES for 16 years. He has over 20 years of experience of direct interaction with troubled youth.
Prior to joining the YEES team Dave spent 10 years working with the New Hampshire State Youth Detention Center.
Dave also has over 30 years of coaching experience. He's coached girl and boy teams at all levels, from first grade through high school, in football, basketball, and baseball.
He's also served as an official for football and lacrosse.
Danny Bryson
Danny is a YEES regional supervisor and has worked with youth for the past 13 years. He has also coached for 12 years.
Marc Pantazis
Marc is a YEES caseworker at Raymond High School. Prior to working with YEES, he was employed in an academic support position where he worked with students in GED and Alternative programs.
He graduated from the University of Maine in 2000 with a degree in Sociology, and also has 13 years of coaching experience. He continues to coach youth of all ages.
Marc received the Raymond High School "You Make The Difference Award" for the 2014-2015 school year. He received the award for being a true team player and contributing to a positive atmosphere at RHS.
Marc was most recently presented with The Starfish Award for making a difference in kids lives.
Jacquelyn Benson
Jacquelyn graduated from Keene State College in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and an Associate’s Degree in Chemical Dependency.
She worked for over four years in the Timerberlane School District as a substitute teacher. She also provided long term substitute teaching for para-educators.
Jacquelyn has coached the Hampstead Middle School field hockey team since 2012, and the Hampstead Middle School Track team since 2015.
She is currently working towards a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Rivier University.
Jacquelyn is certified in CPR, First Aid, & CPI.
Mark Boardman
Mark is a caseworker at Merrimack High School and has been with the YEES program for six years.
Mark’s been coaching high school football since 2011, at Merrimack, ConVal, and Souhegan High Schools, and was recently brought on as a coach at Bishop Guertin.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
Stephanie Boyle
Stephanie graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and minors in Spanish and Sociology.
She completed an internship at YEES during her senior year of college, and has been on the team since October 2012.
Stephanie provides services in multiple areas in the state, including Manchester, Bedford, Seacoast, Franklin, and Nashua.
Christian Patnaude
Christian has been with YEES for six years. He has worked and assisted with youth in Merrimack, Nashua, Hollis/Brookline, Litchfield, Hudson, and Amherst.
He’s been coaching basketball for four years, and likes all sports. He especially enjoys working to help youth concur and succeed in their life challenges.
He has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
Diego Cataño II
Diego has been a YEES case worker for the past four years and specializes in unique unconventional cases by focusing on students with more intense or escalated challenges. He also currently works alongside a special needs organization preparing a young boy on the spectrum with life skills.
Diego served in the military and is a dad with two children of his own.
He earned a black belt at age 15 and teaches martial arts to kids and adults. He’s been an active coach for the majority of his adult life. He especially enjoys coaching boxing, and soccer from the junior rec level all the way up to varsity high school. He spends his summers coaching at soccer camps helping young teens improve their game.
Diego challenges himself with at risk teens diligently working to improve their lifestyle, and to prepare them for life in their young adolescence.
Shannon Perry
Shannon graduated from Keene State College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a minor in Criminal Justice. She has been working with the YEES Program for two years.
She is currently working with youth attending Merrimack and Hudson school districts. She also monitors youth at the Day Reporting Room Center located in Nashua.
During the summer, Shannon works with adolescents attending the Extended School Year Program (ESY).
Adam Tack
Adam is a YEES caseworker at Iber Holmes Gove Middle School in Raymond, New Hampshire. He has also coached youth lacrosse and hockey for the past five years.
Adam graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Law and an Associate’s Degree in Sociology.
He is certified in CPR & CPI.
Jonathan Mandell
For the past year Jonathan has been working at Upper Elementary School in Merrimack. In his spare time he works at the Adult Learning Center at the Reeds School in Merrimack.
Prior to working for the YEES program Jonathan worked for the State of Massachusetts as a social worker and as a case manager for a foster care program.
He has a wife Kristen and a 3-year old son.
Scott Noyes
Scott graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. He began working with the YEES program six years ago at the Merrimack middle school. He is now the Merrimack school district supervisor.
Scott is a certified CPI training instructor for the YEES program. He also coaches AAU baseball, football and lacrosse.
